The operational philosophy of the company was set by the Founders: Brig. Seshamani and Smt. Shyamala Seshamani.

The service mandate for the ISA Team goes beyond selling products & services to providing optimal solutions with excellence always with a focus on fairness to the customers, as well as ourselves. Maintaining the philosophical traditions of its Founders, we at ISA give importance to: technical analysis, work quality, transparency in intentions, firmness in principles, and fulfillment of commitments.
ISA was established by [The Late] Brig. B. Seshamani in 1975 – introducing new technological products such as : cryogenic coolers, UV testers and peltier technology to the Indian user. The Bangalore, location placed ISA in the fastest growing and most technology conscious city of the sub-continent.
